We can prepare and lodge fire safety certificate applications in consultation with our clients and/or client representatives/design team. We will liaise with the Local Fire Authorities/Building Control throughout the application process to ensure applications run smoothly.

Article 20A of the Building Control Regulations sets out the procedure for submission of a 7-day notice application to a Building Control Authority where a person intends to commence work on the construction of a building before grant of the relevant Fire Safety Certificate.
